Master of Peace
Master of Peace is a wave sculpture by Jai Hackl, made with hardwood and steel salvaged after the Lismore Police Station fire. The work gives recovered structural material a new form and has been exhibited at SWELL Sculpture Festival.

Why a wave?
The breaking wave gives the reclaimed materials a flowing form. Its layered construction retains the character of the wood and steel while changing their relationship to the viewer.
